Ingredients for Crab and Tomato Ravioli:
Pasta dough
Filling for Crab and Tomato Ravioli:
- 5 Egg yolks
- 200g White crab meat
- 5 tbsp ‘00’ pasta flour
- 2 large Heritage tomatoes
- A few drops Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Lemon
- Pinch of Sea salt
- Basil Leaves
- 1 tbsp Crème fraiche
Garnish for Crab and Tomato Ravioli:
- 10 Tomatoes
- 1 bunch Basil
- Glug of Grape seed oil
- 100 ml water
- 2 Courgettes
- Glug of Extra virgin olive oil
